Through Fitness, Fellowship and Faith, F3 believes to have reached upwards of 40,000 men (since the organization was founded in 2011). Conservatively, our team at PICK UP THE SIX® Productions estimates they have 50,000-75,000 members (men who participate in F3 workouts and events on a consistent basis).
In 2019, through a pair of podcasts designed to deliver news and build internal culture, F3 racked up 250,000 plays on their podcast channel. In 2022, F3 will reach over 1.5M podcast downloads on their platform that is producing content 5-6 times a week.
My name is Brian Jodice and I am the founder for PICK UP THE SIX® Productions. With my co-host, Jamie Roseborough, we partnered with our brothers at F3 to create the Circle of Trust Podcast. The COT Podcast is a weekly offering for the men of F3, and that show does two important things:

Provide important and timely news updates that are beneficial to the organization’s members.

Highlight not only our personal F3 activities and journeys, but also showcase what the men of F3 are doing to accelerate in their Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. We have live and recorded calls. This means our audience can hear their own voices on our show. Our culture is to give them a voice while we also tell stories about the men and the impact they are having in their local communities.
